10 people or fewer: Order cancellations must be made no later than noon on the business day before delivery.
11 to 50 people: Order cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours, or 2 business days, before the delivery date.
51 people or more: Order cancellations must be made no later than 5 business days before the delivery date.
For any event requiring on-site staff or equipment rental, you will find the procedure in the CANCELLATION section of your quote.
Delivery hours: 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
A one-hour delivery window is required. Equipment pickup takes place 24 to 48 business hours after your event.

Order cutoff time
All orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. on the business day prior to delivery. Orders for Monday must be received before 3:00 p.m. on the preceding Friday.
