Holiday HOT MEAL orders must be received and confirmed no later than 72 business hours before delivery. No reductions or cancellations are permitted during this period. The full amount of your order will be charged if the above conditions are not respected. Cancellation terms vary depending on the number of people and the menu selection. For more details, please contact your advisor. Hot meal orders usually require the rental of a chafing dish at a cost of $20 each and the setup of the chafing dishes at a cost of $20. Holiday hot meals are not available in lunch box format.

Meal composition for guests with allergies and/or dietary restrictions is entirely at the discretion of the kitchen team. No selections can be made.
Delivery fees, service charges, rental equipment, and taxes are not included in the displayed prices. Zeste du Monde reserves the right to refuse any order.
The Holiday Table is offered from November 17 to December 24 inclusively or while supplies last.

Good to know

Allergies

We cannot guarantee the absence of traces of food allergens in our dishes. In addition, all guests with allergies will receive an individual meal prepared especially for them.

Cancellation

10 people or fewer: Order cancellations must be made no later than noon on the business day before delivery.

11 to 50 people: Order cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours, or 2 business days, before the delivery date.

51 people or more: Order cancellations must be made no later than 5 business days before the delivery date.

For any event requiring on-site staff or equipment rental, you will find the procedure in the CANCELLATION section of your quote.

Catering business hours

Delivery hours: 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
A one-hour delivery window is required. Equipment pickup takes place 24 to 48 business hours after your event.

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday

Order cutoff time
All orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. on the business day prior to delivery.
Orders for Monday must be received before 3:00 p.m. on the preceding Friday.
