Defining your event allows you to answer the essential W\u2019s: What\/Who\/Where\/How.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>What<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>First: what type of event are you organizing?<\/p>\n<p>Is it a conference, a dinner event, a cocktail reception, a funeral, a family gathering, a BBQ, or a simple office lunch?<\/p>\n<p>No matter the size, it\u2019s helpful to create a simple outline of your event. This roadmap will guide you through the planning stages and serve as a reference when communicating with vendors\u2014your best ally against forgetting important details!<\/p>\n<p>For larger meals or receptions, a task calendar can be especially useful.
